SHIPPING
1. What are my shipping options?
We ship USPS First-Class mail, which takes 1-3 business days.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For international orders, we ship First-Class Package International Service within 2-4 weeks depending on the country. International buyers are subject to all taxes and fees that may be charged by customs.
Please make note on international orders that your country may add a customs tax upon delivery. This fee is required by your local government and it isn't possible for sellers to estimate. Please contact your local postal service if you would like to know this fee in advance.
3. How long will it take for my jewelry to ship?
It typically takes 2-3 business days for a non-custom order to be processed and placed in the mail. Shipping time varies depending on location.
4. Can I expedite shipping?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need expedited shipping. US domestic packages can be sent Priority Mail Express and there are several Priority Mail International options. Additional shipping fees will apply.
5. Should I purchase insurance for my order?
We highly recommend purchasing insurance as Lynx is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Please contact us to request insurance.
6. Can I track my package?
Yes, all orders come with a tracking number. You will receive this in an email after your order has been shipped.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your Lynx jewelry! If you aren’t satisfied, please contact us so we may address your concerns and correct the problem, if possible.
If you’d like to return your jewelry, you must contact us within the first 7 days after receiving your item and ship the item back to us within 14 days.
The item must be returned in the original unworn condition along with the box. Your shipment must be sent with tracking to verify its location and date of arrival. A refund for non-custom orders will be issued, minus the cost of shipping and a 25% re-stocking fee. Both custom orders and international orders are final.
Bracelets cannot be returned for sizing issues as each one is custom made. However, they can be exchanged for a different size. The customer is responsible for shipping (both ways) and a re-stringing fee of $20.
